Here is Mola's Almost Dripless Fluid Transfer System.
Here is a simple diaphram pump setup that I use, and it is good to about SAE 140 oils, warmed-up of course.
Materials List:
Item 1: Superflo diaphram pump - 12 Volts, SLV10 series, with On-Off switch on rear of pump case.
http://www.shurflo.com/pages/new_industrial/industrial/gen_industrial/genind_doc_sum/SLV10-AA41.html
Item 2: 10 feet 3/8" ID vinyl tubing (the clear flexible stuff)
Item 3: 28" of polytethylene tubing 1/4" ID (Stiff, cloudy looking stuff).
Item 4: 2 - 3" Battery Clamps and 3 feet of 18 guage stranded wire, Red and Black.
Item 5: 2 - 3/8" hose clamps.
Tighten small Philip's screw on pump to prevent any leakage. found quite a few of these pumps came from factory with loose screws.
Solder wire to Battery clamps, and use inline connectors (or solder) Red pump wire to Red battery clamp wire and Black battery clamp wire to black pump wire.
Cut 3/8" vinyl tubing (Item 2) in half, so that you have 2 - 5 foot sections.
Slip Item 3 (polyethylene tubing) into the end of one of the vinyl tubing section's, up about 6-8."
Place Other end of Item 2 onto 3/8" barbs of pump's inlet and outlet, securing the hose connection with Item 5. The hose with the smaller poly tubing is the inlet hose, and the other of course is the outlet hose. You must have hose clamps at the barbs to prevent air from being sucked into inlet, and to keep hose from coming off outlet end when under pressure.
For removing fluids:
Put outlet end of vinyl hose into empty container. Put poly hose (inlet) into dipstick. If poly tube is too stiff to curve around dipstick bends, shove it down into diptick until it warms up, then push down some more.
Connect battery clamps to battery and turn on switch. I transferred one gallon of hot ATF fluid from a GM 4L60E in about 1.5 minutes.
For inserting fluid via dipstick:
Place inlet hose into clean fluid, outlet into dump bottle or tank to rinse system. A pint of clean fluid is usually sufficient.
Place outlet hose into dipstick and turn on switch. For automatic transmissions, make sure air is leaking past outlet hose so fluid flows into tranny and not out of top of the dipstick.
