Florida builders rarely ever do that as most aren't wearing coats

I have a vacant lot to the left and I see some palms 🌴 hanging over a good bit and although I really like them on the final walk through I'm going to ask that they be trimmed...

If they say no I'll just bring my pole saw... and toss them back into the wooded lot... yeah I know but better to nip it in the bud before they are laying on my roof...

The opposite end of the house... guest bedrooms. Unique feature but someone here won't like it.... oh well..


I have worked in many a house and haven't seen this before.. and yes I certainly knew in advance.... go in 15 seconds and this is the hallway..
I do like it.

I got the heat pump installed yesterday and 4 women were cleaning the house at 7:30 PM so my friend couldn't get any inside pictures.. thinking the countertops may have been installed...????

I didn’t see a powder bathroom so maybe they do that to allow guests to use a bath without having to go into someone’s bedroom?

Yup....it's a bit funky too but it will go fast at the price...that's the sweet spot and she said they would pay the settlement.... but the realtor...

Yup most likely... I like different so it doesn't bother me. The open concept does have its limitations.. Good call..
