I believe Flexeel hoses are Made in USA. They are excellent quality.

Just bought 25ft of 3/8" Goodyear black rubber air hose for $14.99 at HF; with a 20% off coupon it came out to only $11.99. The hose is made in USA.

I have a blue pvc type hose.. its lighter.. somewhat stiff but not horrible.. and slides on floor without picking up dirt.

If I replace it im going to a ceiling/wall mount retractable one.
