A couple years ago I rebuilt the entire front end of our FJ. I then took it to be aligned at a "Reputable" shop.

Recently the Moog lower ball joints I put in had to be replaced. I replaced them with TRW this time.

Anyway I always thought the FJ looked pigeon toed. I passed it off as me just being particular.

I took it in to be aligned at another shop today. I'm assuming that the new ball joints would not have effected the old alignment much if any. I did not remove any other parts or touch the adjustment points.

Guy said that the Caster can't be put into spec but did not elaborate why. You can see the before and after printouts.

Looks like they did good. Don’t worry about the caster unless it’s not driving well down the highway or its steering isn’t returning to center. Caster won’t wear tires and it’s even side to side.
Ya It's just odd that it can't be put in spec . notice how the first shop left it with too much positive camber and toe in.
