L39, ex-YU J21/22 are easier. L39 is Czech product, so parts are a OK. J21/22 have mostly Western parts and RR engine. But MIG’s are probably now really expensive to run. Even air forces are struggling for parts now.

Apparently getting parts for the L-29/L-39 is getting difficult. According to one of the airport board members that I know who trains pilots in high performance/ jet aircraft told me that due to the conflict he's had issues sourcing parts.

Could be. They are trying to meet UKR's demands.
