Btw my hot rods use the Holley 302-2 pan which requires pf48 or equivalent. Thanks

Someone apparently doesn't read the oil filter forum much.

The "A" typically means some kind of change was done to that model.

Z that's why I'm a little hesitant to use it. May just take it back and wait for the Delco's from summit.

I don't buy anything with the name fram on it.

If the 113A supersedes the 113, then it's the latest version of the 113. I think I tecall the Mobil 1 "A" designation had something to do with them being rated for longer use.

Marketing tricks like so prevalent in auto parts. One year or 20k for the Mobil 1 A, one year or 15k for the non A. They depend on people skipping over the one year, and they do skip over it.

Thanks fellas..... appreciated!
Farnsworth no worries here about mileage. I just want a proven filter that I can trust. I bought this truck new 2 years ago and the od is still below 1500 miles. Plan to change it annually. Thanks!
