Thought this was interesting. Filter shelves at my local Walmart. Looking a little sparce since Champ when T.U.
I thought the Champ labs factory closed last month?Im wondering if the Champion line wasnt one of the parts of the company that GM put money into just so there were no supply chain problems. I.E. only the ACDelcos that supply GM are being made now, probably on a temporary basis until they source from a new supplier.
Yeah, I’m feeling pretty good about those cheap cases of Pentius filters I picked up from Amazon.I guess filter hoarders are looking pretty smart these days...I have about a 100 but that's because I go through cars often.
Yeah we're getting hit with gas and oil and filters too. You never know what's coming next..Yeah, I’m feeling pretty good about those cheap cases of Pentius filters I picked up from Amazon.
Would Baldwin even want the business? Private label and big box retail opens up a different can of worms and pitfalls they may not want to pivot towards.CN is probably going to win this, but I hope not. Should be happening pretty soon. Revive the Baldwin Hastings name and sell them as Supertechs, white paint and all. Great opportunity for Walmart, but maybe Baldwin can’t handle the numbers of filters needed.
Decent amount of AC Delcos, considering they're Champ too.
I doubt it... Corporate Baldwin still thinks its the 1970sWould Baldwin even want the business? Private label and big box retail opens up a different can of worms and pitfalls they may not want to pivot towards.
I doubt it also for similar reasons. Casite was their jobber brand they dropped a few years ago and they were nothing to write home about.I doubt it... Corporate Baldwin still thinks its the 1970s
Well, duh. They're in Nebraska.I doubt it... Corporate Baldwin still thinks its the 1970s

Well, duh. They're in Nebraska.
And if you don't understand, you didn't grow up there.
