Filter deposits, ARX in Saab Turbo

I think there are some internal top end motor shots of this 9-5 floating around somewhere as well. The pictures showed a before and after picks of the valve train from running the maintenance dose. This 9-5 is pretty famous.

TP, I actually JUST threw all my opened filters out about a month ago when I cleaned up the clutter in my shop. There were little to no deposits in filters after that one until I started maintenance doses. There were still deposits in the engine, and truly, there are still SOME deposits in the engine. But this is a design flaw. It's just a ridiculously tough engine on oil, even after six PCV system updates from SAAB. But between the newest updates and arx maint doses, I sleep easy at night. I use a piece of straightened coat hanger to scratch against the pickup screen to check for deposit build up but it never has been clogged. So the deposits arx removes are just fine enough to make it through the window mesh-like pickup screen.

These are great photos Brian! Frank should be discarding all the other out-of-focus pictures, and use only these. IMO, a half dozen testimonials of this quality is all Frank needs.

Well, I wanted to be fair but quite honestly I wasn't expecting much at the time. When I took these pics, the only other "good" arx pics were those of the guy with the 240 sx where arx did a LOT of good. I was seriously doubting anything could clean like that.

It's been an odyssey. I'm just now come to terms with the fact that my car may not blow an engine on me after all. And for that, I give arx a lot of credit.
