pin thermostat, turn on vehicle, let it idle until trans pan temp shows 115F-126F, then pull overflow plug until trickle.

According to the manual 115-126° F.

My advice: Make sure you familiarize yourself with the procedure, before attempting it.

This is the same as other Toyotas I believe? My Tacoma has a Park/Neutral sequence which will show you when the transmission fluid temp is within range. I wonder if these new Toyotas do also?

I’m very familiar with procedure. I just didn’t know the temp range. It’s easy peezy if you have a scanner that reads ATF temp. Thank y’all.
