Few old oil filters found

Have two old FRAM Tough Guards TG 16 that I found at goodwill store in West Virginia and an old Purolator L14570. Paid 50 cents each.

The Purolator is made 2004 as per date code. The FRAM I bet is from mid to lte 1990’s

That's awesome Adam! :love: To be honest I had no idea how they looked back then & am just seeing these pics of these old Purolators. I guess these filters sit around in someones garage or house for many years unnoticed. That one looks to be in good shape still. I like the mirror finish label on the can. Yeah, after you use it cut it open if you can. Interested to see what's inside whenever you're done. 👀

Justin: this was 2002. Remember what you were doing back then? I was in the US NAVY
 
Must have found a Goodwill that does not enforce their no "Auto Parts" policy. All the one around me will not take in donated filters.
