Is the Enzo oil the run of the mill 5W-40 Helix Ultra, recommended for most all Ferrari's, or is it the 10W-60 stuff ?
If it's the 5W-40 oil, it competes on price with M1, Castrol Edge, etc here and a long way under the $ of Redline, RP, etc. Basically a good Group III 'synthetic' oil. Nothing more.

The Enzo comes from the factory with Helix Ultra 10w60 in the engine and this is the only recommended service fill.

thanks G-MAN. That's only available in 20 or 209 litre drums here, so not an off the shelf oil here, either. Have no idea on $$.

Dr. Haas is on the bleeding edge of thin oils. Rumor has it he feels even 0W20 is too thick and he plans to fill his Enzo with Dr Pepper next time in an attempt to maximize "oil" flow.
