You might consider this one, I think it's easily available in Belgium :
Total Quartz 9000 Energy 5w40

It's a stout classic Full SAPS 5w40, with enough ZDDP, high 100°C viscosity, good CCS, TBN and Noack, top specs (MB229.5 and Porsche A40)

Been reading on the German oil forum and apparently the new kroon oil tech 5W40 looks very good.
I think only for Europe.

Sadly the Redline 5W40 is so expensive over here. Seems still to be the top.
