Looks yummy but couldn't a lotta' critters be hiding in those cracks and crevasses?

"Hard to find a good one out here."

The best thing to do is get a receipe and make one yourself. If it doesn't turn out right, research the problem and try again. After a few tries you should be able to make a pretty good pecan pie, or, maybe you will on your first try. They're really not that difficult to make.

Pecan pie is great but I have to "run for the border" after 2 hours lol (I rarely eat it because of that effect)

I like really good Apple but I'm quite picky.

You guys had to murder me with that, been years since I sank my teeth in one after coming back from US, can I add Walnut pie to the list, as well as Key Lime pie, also blueberry.

Apple! Blueberry! Pumpkin!

And the best of all, Peach pie, made from fresh, fully ripe fruit. Well, maybe a tie with my own version of Strawberry Rhubarb pie, again, made with fresh fruit.

I'm not peach pie guy. That's all I ate as a kid it seemed like. We were surrounded by peach trees. My mom would bake a couple a week in season. But she made a lot of fresh boysenberry pies, too.

But really I still like any kind of pie. Just had a pie of pumpkin. Blueberry. Lemon Sponge. Bumbleberry. Tayberry - awesome.

Black raspberry pie. Heaven.

"but the ones my mom or grandma make are somehow much tastier."

I have never made anything that could compare to my mother's or grandmother's home cooked meals and probably never will. They just seem to have that extra ingredient that I can't supply.
