Favorite energy drink

Used to love the Monster White, but they really started messing with me (heart palpitations) so I had to go back to coffee.

The C4 ones were really good too, but man after the initial energy hit the crash was bad.

Not as many any more and always Zero Sugar
Monster usually White probably my go to now days if I grab one.
C4
Bucked Up they make me twitchy I won’t touch them
Ghost
Rock Star best Fruit punch
Redcon1

On the rare occasion I have, one, it’s almost always either Rockstar sugar free or Juiced. Rockstar is one of the few that doesn’t give me jitters or such.

I had a SoBe once that i thought was giving me a heart attack. Made me swear off all the herbal stuff for ages.

My doc says no more than 400mg caffeine a day. Figure I have one cup of coffee (70?), a Coke Zero (50?), and some type of e-drink (200) a day. I'm good.

If I have caffeine a few days in a row I get diminishing returns and eventually it has no real effect anymore. I need to take a break from caffeine for a few days in order to reset my tolerance.

I do 100 mile bike rides and for me Liquid IV energy multiplier and hydration multiplier. I will drink an occasional redbull but not much anymore.

Espresso with cocoa powder, washed down with water, followed with green and black tea brewed together.
Is the cocoa powder in with the ground coffee or added after pressing?
What brand / type of cocoa powder?

Green & black tea....50:50 in the infuser?
What's the benefit there?

No, any good brand organic cocoa powder stirred into the coffee/espresso. Lots more anti-oxidants and other mild stimulants.

Tea, yes 50/50 is fine. More and different stimulants and anti-oxidants.

If sensitive, might be too much. And certainly (for me) not after mid-day or no sleepy at night!

Does water in conjunction with a clean & healthy lifestyle count?
OMG, I am reading this thread and wasn't going to comment because I feel it reflects America today in a sad way. 90% or more of these drinks do nothing for the human body except to damage it. Corporate marketing has got them for HUGE, huge products on something that they do not need and once started, their brain addicted to these corporate formulas.

So yeah, water counts and the most healthy of all of them.
