Extra Sierra Interior Trim Piece

I replaced the cables/regulator for the electric sliding rear window on my 2011 Sierra Crew Cab. It required me to remove the back seats and the plastic trim below the window. Ended up having a small piece shaped like a suitcase handle or squared off C with #15913744 and >PDM< #10363 and PWR on the back of it. Looks like a cover to something but no idea where it goes. Tried gm part #’s but no luck.

It looks like a piece of trim that covers the opening for the seat belt tensioner.

Yes, I was thinking it should go here somewhere on the middle seat belt but does not fit on there.
