Based on description I would think the seat pressure sensor failed, not the inside camera. It used to be a more common problem on earlier Teslas. I'm glad they got it handled back to you quickly!
So far I haven't used service at the local service center. It's a 35 minute drive. I was feeling lazy the last time and scheduled service to come to me. They did all the work in my driveway including rotating the tires on our Model 3. It was awesome and I was able to pay the bill from my app after they left. My wife just was home to allow them to do the work and I was in Minnesota for work and handled all the scheduling and payment through the phone app.
