Ever use a Hankook New Englander tire?

Car parked next to me at a Ski area had tires branded “Hancook New Englander.”

Seemed to be an All Weather tire, maybe from 2022?

No mention on their website, anyone ever buy them ?

We have the Las Vegas Special out here. It's four no name tires with the tread down to the wear bars.

Not exclusive to LV. We have that in Salt Lake City on mini vans in the dead of winter. Which this year there has only been like 1/10" of snow in the Valley.

Many second and third tier tires brands. But that is being mirrored nationally.

We can thank doing away with safety inspections.

Sounds like it’s an insult tire. Outback Buffoon, or Okie Super Grip would be similar.

I've taken care of 4 customer Subarus that had these tires. All 4 of them had premature wear, vibration issues. I would not recommend these tires if putting on a subaru. Not sure about other vehicles.

Hankook does make decent tires in their category. You have had a unique experience.

It looks like the old Optimo 4S all-weather Hankook

Some older tires are later used as store exclusives. Other examples of this include the Kumho LX Platinum at Walmart, and the Falken ZE329 at Pep Boys.
