OK, then all I can suggest is keep an eye on it, if you start seeing it happen again, you are going to have to re-evaluate as others have suggested.
I will say the Fluke LinkIQ picked up the marginal cable that a basic cable tester would not.
Now the cost of the Fluke LinkIQ is about two years of my hardware budget for the church camp. Might be a donation on my part.

A couple of days latter and everything is working fine on this connection. Unifi reports it running at 1Gbs.
