Well truthfully I don't know how many miles. It has 100k on it now and we bought it had 32k nothing since we bought it except brake flushes. The majority of the leaser miles were highway wonder if their factories? I see a part number on the rotor not the pads. The thin ones were on the drivers side. The brake light came on due to low fluid talk about good timing. Myself think it's pretty good wear for the cities we've been in and the trailer towing. Put on Raybestos Professional Grade rotors and Service Grade semi-metallic pads. I ordered ceramic's but they sent me the wrong ones. Their sending me the ceramics but told me to keep the others due to shipping. Decided slap them on since we have a trip coming up. Props to rockauto never had a problem with them before though.

Forgot to mention had some minor pulsating around 50k but with a fluid flush went away. Gets flushes every 2 years.

Those service grade pads are basement quality. I don't know if you can expect OE performance out of them.

Hardware wise they seem the same.. pad quality we'll see. Still breaking in but stopping seems to be getting as good as the ones it replaced. Going to keep the ceramics so have some backups in case.
