Engine oil temps?

My tundra uses coolant at the oil filter to cool the engine oil down. But to what temp? The water is somewhere in the 200 degrees range. I'am just curious what the temp of the oil would be in a non oil cooled engine, what's normal?

Depends.

SAE Technical Paper(2001-01-1073) indicates oil sump temperatures of 287 F for an 8 cyl V-8 engine at WOT @ 4000 rpm.

That's 142C metrically speaking.
