Engine Oil choices at a Ukrainian version of American Lowe’s

In the UK we have shops that are like that (Halfords, Eurocarparts and the odd little own brand shop) however that above is on hell of a selection! Looks like they take their oils seriously in Kyiv.

Keep in mind that over there, that's just everyday oil. They probably look at our Walmart aisles full of PP, PUP, Valvoline and Castrol and think the same thing we're thinking.

What I found most interesting is that OEM oils are on the shelf at a regular retail store. I can't remember seeing GM or Toyota oil on the shelf anywhere except the service department of a dealership.

Interesting the amount of OEM branded oil. Here in the USA, it is maybe 4-5 major brands, one house brand but almost never any OEM brands with maybe the exception of Motorcraft branded oil.

LM washer fluid? Never knew that existed.
How about Michelin tire dressing and washer fluid?)

But I have not seen Pennzoil or Valvoline

Curious? Are these recent pics or pre-war pics? If recent, it completely blows away what my thoughts were of what I expected to see over there. Zero doubt we are being lied to 24/7 of what is actually happened, did happen, or is still currently happening.
Not trying to make this political, but there is large swaths of Ukraine mainly in the Western half that you would not know there was a war going on. Plenty of military age males sipping coffee in outdoor cafes in cities with fully stocked stores with goods that rival any other European country.

I've seen pics/video's but just thought they were fake/pre-war of night clubs, swimming pools, resorts, etc? Is the eastern half of Ukraine not predominately Russian speaking/Russian descendants? Donbas, etc?

Seems things are getting spicy over there again?? Again, what is true and what isn't is hard to decipher?
"The most recent attacks on the Russian airbases were not long range drones or missles. It was pretty ingenious- Ukrainian version of the Israeli pager plan"
"Something like over 40 bombers were hit at 4 different airbases. Some 2500 miles from Ukraine"
