^Completely agree with Punisher. For whatever reason an "internal engine service" is part of GM's recommended services every 10,000km's I think. The customers get that in their stupid letters from GM. I usually try and talk the customer out of it unless they seem to want to do exactly what the book says. I do make commision, but this "service" is just a $10 bottle of cleaner put in before the oil change, so I make 5% on $10 on top of the $22.95 oil change. I can't morally try and talk someone into doing something I don't feel is beneficial. Also, GM doesn't seem to try and void warranties from what I've seen. They will even cover things out of warranty in some cases. Nobody ever hears the good things, only the bad things and that will never change.
