I think you may have hit the nail on the head WRT obtaining larger sizes via inquiry through 3-Rx for printing presses. It is probably the same formulation, and IIRC Frank may have actually said so somewhere.
Another option if you have some money lying around is to ask for a quote on a case of 24 bottles which is what I did a couple of years ago. The cost per bottle went WAY down and so I snagged a case.
