EnginALL - what is it?

Came across the EnginALL product while surfing.

It disparages PTFE, chlorinated paraffins, moly and zinc. So I suppose it's neither one of those.

molecularly adheres? and you MUST add it at every oil change???

75.00 for this crrap,if you change at every 3,000 miles? where's the savings in using this?
 
Sounds like every additive on the market today, just "not cost effective" in the long run.
 
So that if someone asks me about it (or a future similar product), I could give a credible and educated answer, and not just "Oh it's just like all the others!"

I could rattle on to someone about the bad effects of PTFE, chlorinated paraffins, too much moly, too much zinc ... but for this one I want to know what it is first.
