Replacing a front wheel bearing on my Nissan Frontier. Can,t get the wheel sensor electrical connector loose. I have tried depressing what appears to be a lock but it will not come apart. Anybody have a trick or some advice? I hate these things.

Yes, I have wet it down with WD40 and will get on it again tomorrow. Thanks for the advice guys.

Consider the possibility that the wiring going to the sensor is bad as it flexes every time you turn the steering wheel...
That seems to be a big issue on Alero's and Grand Am's, and people often replace the wheel bearing because of the sensor that is embedded, only to find out that didn't fix the problem. I am only mentioning this because one way to fix it is with a replacement wiring harness piece, which comes with a new connector...

It seems that often the seal takes a bit of a bond to the outer connector. WD40 is a good step, I was thinking silicone oil, since in the end I’d want some dielectric grease on the seal. Try to gently wiggle the connector relative to the inserted piece with seal. Try to flex the outer piece as well. Flexing may help with some of the adhesion.

Wiggle the connector shell while it is engaged to loosen any debris.
