Electric motor bushing

i was given a blower for free. its one of those that is used to dry carpet. its a turbo dryer sahara 1

i have narrowed the issue to the front bushing on the motor egging out. i popped out the bushing, but not sure where to look for a replacement . its basically the same motor in this vid and the same problem , but his trick did not work



anyone know what they are called and where i can find a replacement? i don't wish to get a new motor

Are bushings sized like bearings? They are standard sizes inside and outer dimensions. Google is your friend.

It used to be that every decent sized town had a motor rebuild shop . Now all you find are facilities that repair large industrial stuff . Small motors like that are " run till failure then replace " .
