I've read on other boards, where folks are changing the oil in their Dmaxes up to 3 times in the first 10K miles. This seems excessive to me. I am considering doing my first at 3K, then running that 5K or just waiting til the oil life monitor tells me to.
The question I have is this, I noticed in the VOA's that Bob posted, that Rotella T had no moly and Pennzoil had quite a bit. Would I be better off using the Rotella T during break in without moly vs an oil that had moly?
