I am running Valvoline Synpower 10w30 in my 2012 Nissan Pathfinder VQ40DE V6 I have aprox 3,000 miles on the current OCI I will be towing my 5,000 pound camper soon 1,500 miles. The Nissan VQ 40 V6 is known to shear oil even without towing so should I dump it early and have fresh oil for towing or just run the current Valvoline Synpower to my normal 5 to 6,000 miles?

I am a firm proponent of long OCI's... unless the engine will be working really hard. 5,000 lbs is a big trailer, and 1500 miles is a long way.
I actually think the Valvoline SynPower can handle that to 6,000, but it would be cheap peace of mind if your engine is already hard on oil.
I'd run a 5W-40 synthetic HDEO when towing. (Rotella T6)

The Synpower will hold up just fine. I never worry about shortening my OCI with Synpower when I tow my camper, so long as I will not go beyond the normal range.
I wouldn't worry at all. I have the same engine in my Xterra. 5ooo lbs is max recommended load. I put on over 3k last winter on a trip to south TX pulling a dolly with a mini van on but the weather was pretty cool -10 on the way down. Keep an eye on the gauges. Make sure the radiator is clean. A good power washing will help keep everything running cool. Have a safe trip
If it's on your mind, why not change it?
Of course, don't do it 5 minutes before you leave on your trip, because then you'll be worried about the drain plug dripping, whether you under or over filled, is the filter really screwed on right, etc.

Just 3000 on the SynPower? That oil ain't even broken in yet!
It will make a 1500 mile run WITH EASE, and you can still dump it BEFORE it hits 5000!

Start with fresh oil. Valvoline is bad qualify. I had an engine seize with Valvoline.

No, and it's not the first time this troll has said it. When questioned for details in other threads where he said it siezed his car he's never come back and explained nor given details.

SCHEDULE 1 (more severe operating
conditions), every 3,750 miles or 3
months, whichever comes first
Use Schedule 1 if you primarily operate your
vehicle under any of these conditions:
Repeated short trips of less than 5 miles in
normal temperatures or less than 10 miles in
freezing temperatures
Stop-and-go traffic in hot weather or low
speed driving for long distances
Driving in dusty conditions or on rough,
muddy, or salt-spread roads
Towing a trailer, or using a camper or car-top carrier.
I would change it, especially if you are still under warranty.
OP, BTW, what are your driving habits? Short trips, stop and go, highway, excessive idling? These are thing to consider as well.

If under warranty I would change it with whatever your vehicle specs. If not under warranty I would still change it but I would use a good quality HDEO 5w40. Something like Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel Truck or Rotella T6
I am tempted to run it and then do a used oil analysis just to see how this Synpower 10w30 holds up? As far as my driving normally it's just around town but this oil change was or is mostly highway so the 3,000 miles it has on it now went on quite quickly.
I say leave it in and use the saved money on a used oil analysis
I'd dump it after the trip.
