Dual Flow oil filters?

Seen them before...never once, ever, heard of anyone actually using one, though. I'd expect the cost of paying for a new filter every single time for the little added benefit of a bypass filter would be tricky to justify.

that is the question that I had as well

I have been running the 7317 on my dodge for a few months and my oil stays visibly cleaner longer into the oil change

have not done an uoa

I did contact Baldwin and talk to their tech dept and compare flow ratings for this filter and the stock filter and since the flow ratings were favorable I am trying it

Baldwin dealers are much less expensive that grainger

Don't know? I never did a UOA before going with this setup. Sorry
