6.7PSD oil flow requirements.

It's $500 to get new 3/4" hose and new compression fittings. I'm in it this far, it's only money...dang you Amsoil...dang you. If they would have put decent sized hoses with a kit that relocates the full flow...(edit - MOD)
Where are you going for hose?

I just got some 3/4" 3500psi hoses done, was about $80 for 6ft long with JIC ends.
 
I'm not. The kit is for sale. The oil pickup tube is 1.25". 3/4" hose is still a restriction, much less the silly little 1/2" Amsoil sent with it. It's a poorly designed kit for the 6.7. Perfect for a 3L diesel or a gas rig.
Hydrodyne in Waco wanted $480 for 3/4" hose and fittings anyway. That's more than the kit costs. If the pickup tube was 3/4" or smaller, I would have done it. The motor costs to much to put an ilengineered on it. Hard pass on it and Amsoil now.
