Blauparts does sell some equipment that makes DSG fluid and filter changes easy for the DIY-er, but I am not sure how well they work. My Mitsubishi needed none of those extra tools.
In many cities, there is a repair shop that does nothing but European cars. I think they could give you a better price on the DSG service.
