Dryer wiring failure; replace terminal block with better connectors?

Whirlpool factory terminal block repair/replacement kits come with wire nuts to splice into dryer harness. Installed many in my previous life as a technician. Terminal blocks fail due to dryer pigtail nuts not tightened enough generating heat over time and melting the block.
Coil type top burner block factory kits also come with wire nuts.

I'd would collect terminal blocks at the scrap yard out of junk appliances or use alumaconn connectors.
