Just couldn' resist it: for you guys being smart enough, just install the Japanese or Chinese laguage packet on your computer and do a search. It will probably surprise you that things are happening in parts of the world where they don' speak english. This is specially meant for you, obbop! Are you sure you don't feel stupid already?

Me thinks the defensive posturing is indicative of an intensive subjective desire for said product to work its wondrous wonders.

Whether the desire is based upon the known psychological phemonena involved with the ownership of an item or is derived from a desire to promulgate said item for one's financial betterment is unknown at this time.

Pondering the possibility of a spam attack being conducted on this forum akin to the one promulgated at the linked-to forum earlier in this thread.

jonny-b, thou art assuredly a fine lad. But, if ye dons the cap of critical thinking and review the posting of yours immediately prior to this one I hope you can ascertain the inherent fallacies and juvenile utterances within said posting.

Love,

Obbop

"obbop! Are you sure you don't feel stupid already?"

The gauntlet has been thrown down.
Wheeeee!!!!!

In a sense of fun and frivolity.......

Allow me to refer to jonny-b's earlier written utterances, beginning with the first post dated September 09, 2006:

"seems to work" subjective opinion with a built-in buzzword.

"Since the car I installed it in(yesterday)" "It will take some 2-3 months(and 12-13000 miles) to get accurate numbers on both cars" You seem to be mighty defensive of something you have not had time to adequately test yet.

"I am going to order the second unit, 11 days from now" Will ordering 10 or 12 days from now affect the testing of the device?

"It is a Japanese invention, and they don't like to loose face, so I thought it would be a better chance that this thing worked, than if it was made in the US." Is there any research to back up your proclamation? Would the same logic apply if the device was created in Swaziland?

"...testing performed at Toyota in Japan" any links to this TOYOTA testing?

"The third thing, was the findings of the Maxima driver from New York, that bought the device and reported his findings." Well, a guy from the USA. He doesn't care about "saving face" so why should his pronouncements be worth anything?

"...the noise from the engine have been reduced some 20-30% and the acceleration is remarkebly faster." You want me to believe your statement based upon subjective opinion? Or do you have a decibelmeter and an accelerometer to give credence to an opinion that may or not be biased?

"...before I know for sure this is THE REAL THING"
I have seen this type of wording and writing style in too many spam e-mails and on-line ads for snake oil-type offerings. Shouldn't you try to be a wee bit more original with your writing?

"I'll let you know my findings, probably in the month of December." Again, you are being VERY defensive for a product you have stated as not having been adequately tested yet. Golly, this thread reads more like the spam-infested thread on the other Maxima.org site.

On to a later posting in this same thread:

"It is very fun to see all the people having so many ideas of what this product is, and what it does, without testing it themselves." You, yourself, stated you have not tested the product adequately and that the final results would be posted in December of what I assume would be this year.

"If you haven't tried it, all your writing would only be (qalified) guesswork." without the use of the scientific method and your apparent lack of proper instrumentation then all you have written is, also, "guesswork."

"I am also purchasing another unit to the cost of 310USD, within two weeks" money tight? You told us it would be 11 days when you bought the 2nd unit. Why would a legitimate poster feel the need to enter info such as the supposed exact date when an item would be purchased? You are assuredly unaware that basic human psychology has shown your true motives. Your inclusion of pricing and buying dates is outside the norm of a typical non-commercial post. You have been outted. Your post is designed to advertise a product, NOT to inform others in a general fashion. You can not stymie the superior mentality. I KNOW others hereabouts have seen through your thinly-veiled guise and all your foot-stamping and name calling can not alter the situation except make you appear even more ignorant than you are.

More fallacy finding to follow

"It is a bit fun to see that americans are sceptical to new tings." Would we be less skeptical (USA variant of spelling vice Euro-based sceptical) if we had "face to save"? You wrote in the plural. What other "things" other than the ONE product you are advertising (and doing a poor job, in my opinion) are the near-300-million Americans skeptical of?

"It is really great to be the first person in Europe to order this" Pardon my skepticism but, how can you ascertain that thou art the very firstest buyer in an entire sub-continent?

"Another annoying thing, is that some persons on the board, seem to have as their main purpose to ridicule other peoples findings, without having any documentation to back it up with." gosh....just like you when you ridicule those failing to fall for your cretinous advertising, huh?

"The point is, he doesn't have enough balls to do something in the real life." the immaturity of this statement, to me, nullifies the minute amount of believability you may have conveyed. Agree with me or I will use force to make you believe, is that what thou art implying. And, to question another's ability or inabilty when they are a total stranger located so very far away. Do you NOT see the immaturity you are conveying? I have seen the same mentality portrayed on forums where 13-year-olds gather.

"Moderator, why did you sensure my B.S. and not ebakers? Would really like an answer to that matter." translated: "MOMMY!!!! The big kids won't let me play with them!!!!!!"

"This is specially meant for you, obbop! Are you sure you don't feel stupid already?" the adage tells me to consider the source. Doing that....and, well, I toss out a different adage at ye, buckaroo...."none are so blind as those who can not see. Ponder that then return to your advertising, your spamming of this board. Were you one of those spamming the Maxima board? I detect some similarity in the writing style and lack of critical thinking and basic general knowledge of human psychology and basic marketing strategy. Here's a hint, don't accuse those you want to be customers of ignorance, cowardice, and other negatives. Perhaps you should become an instructor of ovine opera. If anybody could teach the pigs to sing it would be thee my little buddy.

Now, excuse me while I go lead my life of stubborn ignorance.

According to the marketing hype, you get to make your own brown wrapper

Hello, again, especially you, obbop.
I sence a bit sensitivity about my hint to you about feeling stupid(and maybe you should?) when you state that a thing you haven't tested, does not work.

I am not selling this product.

I was told when I ordered it, that I was the first person in Europe that had ordered it, so I am sorry for your scepticism. I have no reason to not believe that. On this board the thought is that people should bring in their personal experiences about products. I did. I am really tired of seing persons that don't have personal experience with mentioned products, coming in and talking B.S. It is much better if persons with negative experiences with the mentioned product(s), come in and tell what they have seen. In that way this board would be more informative. And no, I did not do any writing at the Maxima board. You listed a lot of accusations against me, and none of them seems true. Do you have any more?

About the question to the moderator(s), I am just wondering if the same rules apply for everyone, or if there is a hidden set of rules that I should be aware of.
