Isn't that what a tubing bender is for? And can't you buy 180° bends off the shelf much cheaper?
I ran into a situation about a year ago where one local bender couldn’t make a small, tight bend, so I had to go to a different shop that charged me much more. I would have liked to have experimented with this Summit piece. It possibly could have saved me some money.

See the bends right at the header flange? That’s from a tightly formed bend such as cut from the donut.
It is…but evidently, some shops want to charge a lot of money to put a simple bend in a tube…or so, I’m told…

A bender won't do a radius that tight. These are great for fabbing headers
