Does this Exxon's ethanol free have detergent?

A local Exxon advertizes an "ethanol free" gas. It is 90 octane, an unusual octane in my region. I'm assuming it is the same gas that another local lubricant and fuel wholesaler offers to the public as an "unbranded" ethanol free fuel, and it is rated @ 90 octane as well.
The question I have is, can I expect the ethanol free gas this Exxon gas station advertizes to have Exxon brand detergents in it?
How would I know?
How can i check?

And why is it 90 octane? Every other station sells 87-89-93.

All fuels sold by major brands in USA has additives per Federal laws.

The 90 octane(and 93 too) is not available in CA. We have 87, 89 and 91.

It'll have adequate amounts of detergents per EPA mandate. Almost any service station has varying types of detergents in it because they only have to follow EPA standards, which everyone will.

Expect 50 people to chime in here though arguing your car is going to explode if its not Top Tier gas from their favorite gas station that carries their favorite flavor of Slurpee though.

Yes, I know that there is the federally mandated minimum detergent in this fuel.
But, the question I have is, since it is being sold at an Exxon station then is it guaranteed to have Exxon's Top Tier detergent in it?
Does it have Exxon's detergent in it?

If its marked as a Top Tier fuel, it'll have additives in it that match Top Tier specifications. If that comes from Exxon or not who knows honestly. They have no reason to guarantee you anything unless you see it in the fine print somewhere.

Here is part one of Base Fuel Requirements for top tier gasoline:

Contain enough denatured ethanol such that the actual ethanol content is no less than 8.0 and no more than 10.0 volume percent.

Since that is the case how could it be ethanol free and still be Exxon fuel? Maybe this gas station owner (independent?) buys straight gas from someone else.

A friend of mine in a tiny town in Minn. has a Chevron station there (again, an independent) that does the same thing. He shows it for recreational vehicles only but couldn't care less who buys it or what they put it in.

Point? Go ask the owner of the station.

Are you saying that in order to be one of the Top Tier qualifying retailers the gas HAS to have ethanol in it?

I thought Top Tier was only a detergency requirement.

A Sunoco station around here sells non-ethanol, along with the E10. They made a point on the pump to say that the E0 is not a Sunoco gas.
