Send them an email & pose this question. Politely ask for a real name signature in their response. Then post your findings here.
 
Well, TallPaul said in another thread that he doubts any other HM oil other than Valvoline Maxlife has synthetic added. That's probably good enough for me.

I sure wish Paul would get a Valvoline tech name every time he calls them with questions.

Sometimes, these techs that answer the phone or respond by email give answers that are either head-scratchers - or I hate to say this -- not correct.

The last time I emailed Pennzoil, the tech told me the first version of Pennzoil Platinum (prior to Nov 2005) never had any Group V (EOP). He also declined giving me his name when I asked.
 
Actually I think I said I am unaware that any other HM oil has synthetic added. Triple, you are right, I should get names from these folks and document my calls.
 
Yep, and now Val Maxlife is a syn blend, and it is stated right on the bottle. And no other brand states syn blend for their HM, at least not yet.
