Do you like/dislike training new employee at work?

I explain the most basic things to a new employee, I never expect someone new to know small things that might seem unimportant.

I also had people in the past not wanting to train me, as it would slow them down and increase the possibility of mistakes.

My objection to training is simple: if the guy turns out to be a screw-up, I do not want the blame for it.
