Those don't work anyway; you need an ape measure.Ain’t got a clue. And I don’t have a tape measure. Lol.
Ok I had to read the topic and the responses ...like twice....you really are bored today to think of this one?I'm not talking about your luxurious body fur, I'm talking about the ratio of your arm span to your height. I'm a bit of an ape with a +2 ape index.![]()
This post is useless until you mention what the ape index for an actual ape is. I dare you to do the measuring. P.S. That looks more like a pony.I'm talking about the ratio of your arm span to your height. I'm a bit of an ape with a +2 ape index.![]()
And you call yourself a mechanic? And I don’t have a tape measure. Lol.
Only one mechanic job I can think of that I have ever used a tape measure for.And you call yourself a mechanic?![]()
There is nothing sartorial about the ape index. It's only somewhat relevant to sports and applies mostly to climbers, boxers, basketball players, and swimmers.Arms outstretched measured with fingertips fully extended divided by your height, right?

Trying to picture this in my head. If your arm span is 6 feet, you are 3 feet tall?+2 for this ape. Oversized hands and feet as well. Not fun buying gloves or shoes.
You've never measured a wheel base or a brake rotor or drum? You have never measured suspension components or adjusted headlights? Just to name a few applications. Ever cut a roof rack to width? Ever fabricate anything?Ain’t got a clue. And I don’t have a tape measure. Lol.
+2 means his arm span is 2 inches longer than his height.Trying to picture this in my head. If your arm span is 6 feet, you are 3 feet tall?
