Do you have factory or aftermarket sound equipment in your vehicles?

Factory or period correct on the older ones. One of my pet peeves is a modern, video game head unit in a classic car and a double DIN flat screen on anything before the 90's is a crime against humanity:D

I have a factory Toyota/JBL system, including separates, a subwoofer and nominally powered setup.

YouTube is my jukebox. Bluetooth.

The key is getting a volume booster app.

The source is the key for adequate sound and punch.

My 2007 Grand Cherokee was built with a Boston Acoustics speakers, sub and amp system. It is more than adequate. The standard system in my 2017 VW GTI seems fine. I use that one a lot more than the Jeep for long distance, which is the only time I listen. With Apple Car Play, I plug in my phone and play from my play list contained therein.

Neither vehicle has aftermarket parts unless you count the good lug nuts I put on the Jeep.

My Dad passed away about 4 months ago and my Mom gave me his 2003 Ford F-150 XL
short bed with a 4.2 V6, 5 speed manual with only 91,000 original miles.
I just installed a Kenwood in dash AM/FM/CD player and 4 Infinity speakers in place of
the factory speakers and it actually rocks!
Sounds fantastic!
I just wish Dad could hear it. He would love it.
(Who knows, maybe he is watching, and listening)
