Do you balance when you rotate your tires?

I don't rotate the tires very often- maybe every 10k or so. Or whenever I want to check the brakes or something. I have a bubble balancer, so I generally check and add weights of necessary- but they usually don't require much if any.

I rotate and balance my tires every oil change, most people don't think about it but tires can and do slip on the rim, and therefore will not always stay balanced forever. With tires not getting any cheaper, I want them to last as long as I can, so I do my preventative maintenance of rotations and balance since I'm there and its free :) gotta love warranties
