Do Pennzoil rebate accept in-store Walmart purchase?

Walmart is excluded because of its name on the oil. Penzoil as well of other brands already have a retail partnership with Walmart and it is already heavily discounted.

Worked for me, I purchased in-store at Walmart a month ago and received my rebate about 3 weeks later.

Yes, I have done two purchases both in store at Walmart and submitted the rebate which has been approved and paid out within 3 weeks.

Any time I physically purchased Pennzoil at Walmart -- I got the rebate with my receipt.
