Walmart is excluded because of its name on the oil. Penzoil as well of other brands already have a retail partnership with Walmart and it is already heavily discounted.

Yes, this is correct. "Not valid on purchases made on Amazon.com or Walmart.com." This is what it says. My question is if you buy in-store, does the exclusion apply. It just states the website.

Worked for me, I purchased in-store at Walmart a month ago and received my rebate about 3 weeks later.
