do i still need lead substitute?

I've been running Redline's Lead Substitute in my 70 Lincoln Mk III. I've started using Amsoil's Series 2000 Octane Boost.

So is it okay for me to stop using the Redline product?

If you want to take Amsoil's word for it. Yeah you can stop, I would.

I only use a lead substitute every 5th tank full or so. If you've never had a valve-job done, you might not need it if using Amsoil's product.
