Do All Motorcraft Oil Filters *Create* Debris?

I've seen the same issue on many of my FL-820S filters. No Motorcraft filters will go on my Ford's ever again.

what your next choice oil filter ?
Mine currently is the M1-210A. Not the best filter in the world either, but I had some in my stash and they were clean inside and used them. I tried WIX and in my experience they drain back bad and cause valvetrain clatter on startup. I'm still on the fence about what I'm going with in the long-term. I've been thinking about Champ filters. Anyone else have any suggestions, let me know.

Im thinking switch to Premium guard oil filter ( Microguard Pro select from oreilly ) , I like the big hole in center tube, im not big fan of louver center tube for no reason. Thinking using this brand until it report issue, then switch to different flavor.

The Microgard Select and Carquest Premium at AAP are basically the same with different paint jobs and stickers.

I've been using MC FL 910S and Mc Fl 2017B cartridge filters for close to a million miles in Fords and have never seen this.
Early in the summer this year I noticed some glue in the oil change pan after emptying the oil out. After many years of using the MC FL 910s I changed to a Napa filter.
