Disable Windows Vista login password?

I just got a new pc that is preloaded with Windows Vista Premium. I'm used to XP, so maybe someone can help me here. When you boot up the pc it prompts you for a password before continuing on with the boot up process. I hate this because I like to turn on the computer and walk away while it boots. Being this is just a home use PC, I don't need to protect it with a login password. Anyone know where in the settings to disable this function??

See if there is a version of "Windows PowerToys" availabe for Vista.The one for XP had the turn off Password in the version for XP
