Hey all,
I've noticed on my Ram that the oil temp stays around 200-220 degrees. Some that tow have said they see temps of 250 degrees.
What are the limits of conventional oil temp/longevity wise? If one uses conventional oil and goes by the OLM that may go 10k, could there be issues?
This makes me nervous and part of the reason for me going to Pennzoil platinum.
Is this normal for engine oils to run at these temps and I'm just paranoid since I can see the temp now?
