Different bypass pressure

The OEM Kohler filter on my 25 horsepower twin has a bypass pressure of 8-11 psi. An Amsoil filter that fits dimensionally has a bypass pressure of 11-17 psi. Any issues if I run the Amsoil?

I should mention that this is on a welding machine, which usually runs long and hard days. However, on every engine start it runs wide open (3700 rpm) for about 15 seconds before it settles down to idle. Just the way ALL welding machines are programmed. Not sure if this will make a difference in your opinions and responses.

Yes, on the Amsoil site it shows the EA15K53 is a replacement for the Kohler
If there's a direct cross-over, the it should be fine. If you looked at 10 different brand oil filters all specified for the same exact engine, they will never all have the same bypass valve setting.
