My take RE: my response to your postings as follows:
(1 ) Your original posting on this came with a bit of word associated with it, which mod stripped/modified to make it more "internet-friendy". I personally do not agree with the need of associating Frank with profanity no matter how difficult the relationship you had with him in the past. Have a bit of decency/respect towards others is all that I ask for (expect) from BITOGers.
(2 ) I dealt with Frank before. Maybe because I have a fairly decent understanding in Chemistry (organic chemistry was my high-school specialty), so I found him to be very easy/decent to deal with and spoke to so as to get the information I need to get my AutoRx works to my satisfaction. Mind you though: I also worked as an enterprise support guy for the better part of a decade and I came across many different "outsiders" that bear different personalities where frankly, my sympathy goes to him. Afterall: frustration and stress associsated with dealing with folks on the internet is what burned out a couple of my technical development partners where they ended up completely withdrawn from selling to customers out on the internet, period. They'd rather spend time dealing with OEM or research level behind the scene instead of coming into direct contact with internet-side of the avg. joe customers now.
These are good technical geeks who grew tired and bitter dealing with avg. joes out there.
No, I may not necessarily agree/disagree with how Frank responded to some of the posters in the past. What I do mind, however, is the general lack of decency/respect towards another and the use of profanity to exacerbate the flaming on a decent BBS board such as BITOG.
I know not many folks (c3po included) would not agree with me/my point of view on this said matter (with Frank). That being said, however, I seriously don't see the need walk all over Frank like that.

(*believe me: I have walked a mile in Frank's shoes RE: dealing with avg. joes on the internet (esp. NA consumers) and frankly, it's not pretty at all*)
