It seriously sound like this guy is a solid argument for the death penalty. Remember Ted Bundy? That was how they stopped him from escaping and killing young women.
I cannot imagine why he didn't get the death penalty... He killed someone with a pick axe, and he shot a cop. Why?
It's sad that a whole family had to die violently just because we couldn't execute this man while we had him in custody.
Well, the other sad thing is that they couldn't locate him in time. Their search plan will be heavily reviewed and there will be action. National guard should have been activated, more bodies in the bush. Helicopters with IR can't be the only tool used.
While I don't disagree, it never should have gotten to that point in the first place.
Of course it shouldn't have... I'm 100% that an employee helped him escape, planted tools inside the security cage for him.
