Diagnosing an Intermittent Stalling Problem

"Car stalls intermittently." Your original post said it stalled once. Stalling has nothing to do with the starter.

Car occasionally does not start. You did not say it does not "crank". If the starter is cranking, it is not bad. If it cranking so slow as not start the car, yes, then after ruling out weak battery, starter would be one of the item on the diagnosis list but after checking all the cables, corrosion and ground paths.

The master relay under the hood could indeed cause both hard start and the stalling. That is the only part that should have been replaced.

Why was starter replaced?
