Please don't give any spoilers. I'm a huge fan, but haven't watched b/c of the holidays. I'll watch this season when our Chinese friends upload the vids on the net.

I'm a huge fan but we're only caught up until the end of season 3. I made the mistake of joining the Dexter group on Facebook and the finale got spoiled for me. I should've known better. I won't be able to see season 4 until it comes out on DVD, as we don't have Showtime up here, it's only shown on the Movie Network (and I'm not paying $16 a month just for that channel which sucks other than the fact that they show Dexter)

I thought it was great! Love the show! This season was my favorite so far.

You should look into downloading them. I get new episodes within 6 hours of airing. Google it for options.

I was dissapointed in John's choice of a villan's role in Cliffhanger. In this season's Dexter, I was very pleased. He played that role perfectly. I cannot imagine any other actor doing it better. If he doesn't win a major award, I'll be very suprised.

After seeing the premise of Dexter a few years ago, I decided not to watch it. Missed most of the first season, and didn't get hooked (by other members of the family) until the second season. Now it's a must watch.

Cool. I liked seasons 2&4 best so far, if I had to rank them.

I think David Morse would have killed that role.

I meant the other seasons for those not caught up.

Downloading it is no good for me as I have no way of getting it onto my TV as I don't have a DVD burner. I am thinking of ordering the movie network up here just for one month as I just found out they have an "on demand" feature where they apparently have the entire season of Dexter there. Then my wife and I could watch the entire season over the Christmas break.

ah. thanks

I ended up buying a new DVD player that plays DiVX DVDs, and my stepson downloaded and burned the entire season 4 for me just before Christmas! So in the course of the last week my wife and I watched all 12 episodes! I wish the ending had not been spoiled for me though. But it was still great watching how it got to that point, and John Lithgow was fantastic! I do have one question though, since Battista saw Arthur with Dexter in the police station that same day, how come he didn't recognize him after they raided his house and he saw what Trinity actually looks like??

Ah, now you're talking about Season 5. Either that, or Battista didn't remember the face. I wouldn't count on that, though, as
Battista is a pretty good detective.

Just finished season 4. watched all 12 episodes yesterday and today. very sad about the ending.
